 A Catholic Holy Hour is a devotional practice of spending an hour in prayer and meditation, traditionally in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament, which is the consecrated Eucharist. It's a time for Eucharistic adoration, focusing on Jesus Christ's presence in the Eucharist, and can also be practiced as a personal prayer time at home.  Eucharistic Adoration is the primary focus on the Blessed Sacrament, where the Consecrated Host (The Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Christ) is exposed in a monstrance for adoration.
Participants engage in various forms of prayer, such as silent reflection, reading Scripture, praying the Rosary or other prayers, and meditating on Jesus' presence.  All are invited!

La Hora Santa Católica es una práctica devocional que consiste en dedicar una hora a la oración y la meditación, tradicionalmente en presencia del Santísimo Sacramento, la Eucaristía consagrada. Es un momento de adoración eucarística, centrado en la presencia de Jesucristo en la Eucaristía, y también puede practicarse como un momento de oración personal en casa. La Adoración Eucarística se centra principalmente en el Santísimo Sacramento, donde la Hostia Consagrada (Cuerpo, Sangre, Alma y Divinidad de Cristo) se expone en una custodia para su adoración. Los participantes participan en diversas formas de oración, como la reflexión en silencio, la lectura de las Sagradas Escrituras, el rezo del Rosario u otras oraciones, y la meditación en la presencia de Jesús. ¡Todos están invitados!
